Adding Single Pages
NOTE: This tutorial will be modified and updated as the need arises.

ADDING SINGLE PAGES
To enter the Content Manager to ADD, EDIT, or DELETE pages, make note of the username & password provided.
Then click on the "To Add or Edit pages Click Here" hyper-link. The Content Manager page will open.
     Fill in the secure form:
          username: (example-pages)
          password: (yourpassword)

A screen will open showing you three options:
          Add New (top right)
Edit (this is not available until you have added pages)
Delete (this is not available until you have added pages)

PROCEDURE:
Click on Add New. A form will open that has several fields (not all of which are needed for single pages)
     1)  URL Address - (Skip this field)
     2)  Link Title - Type in one to two words that describe your page
     3)  File Name - Use fully qualified and DISTINCT name, NO spaces, lower case (mypage.html)
     4)  Link Category - (Skip this field)
     5)  Link Description - (Skip this field)
     6)  Thumbnail Image - (Skip this field)
     7)  Make this a page - Check This Box
     8)  Hide from Website - Page will not show on NavBar
     9)  Page Content - This is where your page content is placed. Use the Tool Bar to add formatting. By placing your mouse over an icon and waiting a moment, the attributes will be displayed.

Note: Headings have Special programming for the search engines to do formatting. Use the pull down menu in the lower left of the Tool Bar; labeled "Default" or "Format". Highlight your Heading and select the size Heading you would like from the pull down menu. When you save your page, the Heading will have color and formatting. Very cool feature.

     10) Active Or Inactive - Click A: to make your website active. Click I: to make your website Inactive while developing, building a new page.

     11) Sort Order - Type in a number or Text to create a sort order for this page to be listed in the NavBar.

Note: It is a good idea to use large numbers like 10, 20, 30, etc. so that you can come back later and add pages in between pages without having to renumber every page. If listing products or services by name, you can place a single word (instead of a number) to sort the pages by name alphabetically.

     12) Click SAVE
